Why a Collective?

The old way.

Cottage food making is personal work. Each member pours real care into what they do, and being found is hard to do alone.

Around here, that’s nothing new. Mountain communities have always pooled what they had. Barn-raisings, harvest help, recipes copied across kitchens, hard work spread between many hands. The Collective is the modern shape of that habit.

Real ingredients

No fillers, no shortcuts. Ingredients you can recognize, sourced as locally as the recipe allows.

Made in Chattanooga

Made in home kitchens by people who live here, under Tennessee’s Domestic Kitchen rules. Buying from us is buying from a neighbor.

Neighbors helping neighbors

The Collective shares a website and a tradition. Each member runs their own kitchen, and together we keep the old mountain habit of mutual help alive.
